Athletes 4 Athletes knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to make sure that no child is restricted to what sports he/she can or cannot do. We decided to launch Athletes 4 Athletes to ensure that everyone's dream comes true.

OUR GOAL

ENSURING ACCESS TO YOUTH SPORTS

On average it costs a hundred dollars to participate in youth sports, however if you play high contact sports such as football or lacrosse, it can cost over one thousand dollars in equipment fees just to participate. These prices are only the beginning of what it would cost to play the sports. Athletes 4 Athletes is working to ensure every child, regardless of financial situation, has the proper equipment to participate in sports.

THE MISSION

At Athletes 4 Athletes our mission is to eliminate financial restrictions in youth athletics by supplying those in need with the proper equipment to succeed. Children ages 6 through 12 whose family income is under $25,000 are nearly three times as likely to be “inactive”—meaning they played no sport during the year—and are half as likely to play on a team sport even for one day. Our goal is to supply all athletes in need with the proper equipment to play.
